The History
For the flavor, we decided to iterate on a Roman drink known as posca. Often referred to as "Ancient Gatorade", posca was more than just a beverage to the Roman legions; it was a cornerstone of their endurance and tactical prowess. In an era when clean water was a luxury and food supplies were often scarce, posca provided a vital source of hydration, sustenance, and even medicinal benefits.

Roman soldiers faced grueling campaigns that demanded immense physical exertion. Carrying heavy equipment and marching long distances under the scorching sun pushed their bodies to the limit.
